SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping
All orders are shipped from San Antonio, TX. Orders are generally shipped within 2-3 business days, with the exception of unexpected circumstances in which the shipping time is extended. Customers will receive an order confirmation email once their order has been successfully placed. Additional emails will be sent once the order has been shipped and delivered.
REIGN DEPT. will not be held accountable for any lost or stolen packages. As long as the address provided at checkout matches the address we have shipped your order to exactly, and the tracking number received states successfully shipped, we are not liable for misplaced packages. Stolen and or lost packages are non-refundable and must be taken up with USPS for loss compensation. At REIGN DEPT. we are keen on empathy and are aware of dire circumstances out of the customer’s control. Pre-Orders
All Pre-orders will ship out immediately when stock is available. The estimated delivery dates will be included in the product descriptions of the items and customers will receive an email with tracking once it’s been shipped.
Pre-order shipping dates may be subject to delays.
Pre-Orders are not eligible for cancellation or refunds.
International Orders
Our love stretches worldwide, but our shipping doesn’t. International orders are shipped DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid), meaning that the customer will be responsible for paying their respective local country's import fees upon delivery. Before placing an order overseas please understand your responsibility to pay these fees. International transport fees are susceptible to change so we are unable to calculate these fees at the time of purchase.
Returns
Returns will be accepted within 14 days of order placement. Returned items must be in new, unworn condition with original tags attached. If returned items are received in any other condition than new they will be sent back at the expense of the customer unless a prior agreement is made. After 14 days from the time of the order, returns will no longer be accepted. Contact reigndept@gmail.com to commence your return.
Exchanges
Specific situations call for specific solutions, we may be able to exchange damaged or mislabeled items for the proper item or size at no cost within the 14 day return period. Please follow the return process for exchanges by initiating a return through reigndept@gmail.com and placing a replacement order.
